Join Stephanie Ermel of ERMELS Consulting in a journey of mental wellness exploring the Okinawan practices of mental wellness including: movement, eating well, ikigai, shizen, and much more. Get ready to move, cook, and reflect!
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one.
A light dinner will be provided.
