Want to learn how to make yogurt, or pickle your own veggies at home? Come to the FERMENTATION STATION at Food to Power!
Our Director of Food Education & Advocacy, Erin, will be leading this short class in fermentation. You'll go home with your own pickles and yogurt in progress, and we'll put our ingredients together in a tzatziki sauce to try.
