Join us for the Food to Power Harvest Celebration: Harvesting Power

On Saturday, October 10th from 5:00-8:00pm, Food to Power will be hosting our annual Harvest Celebration. This year is a community celebration of land, culture and collective power.  Come sample farm-fresh treats, boogie to local music, enter our raffle, vote in a collard greens cookoff, and learn about the community contributions that have shaped land stewardship inclusivity and resiliency in the food system across the Region.  

Tickets are $35 per person and our space is limited to 350 people, so register now to claim your spot. All proceeds from the event will go directly towards Food to Power’s work cultivating a resilient food ecosystem and feeding over 44,000 households with fresh, nutritious food each year. We hope you show up to eat, drink, connect, learn, and have a great time!

 This year's Harvest Celebration will feature: 

• Farm-fresh food and drink from local vendors, growers, food trucks, and more (vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free menu items will be available)
• Collard Greens Cook-Off: contest judged by attendees
• Food Systems Features: short speeches & presentations by local farmers, business owners, and advocates in our food system
• Community Org Panel: featuring local organizations whose work intersects with food access
• Raffle with unique local experiences & products
• Dance floor & live music
• Interactive food-related stations and activities

Tickets are just $10 and include our farm-fresh appetizers, non-alcoholic drinks, and interactive stations. Additional tokens for alcoholic drinks and raffle are available for purchase during the event. Please note a valid ID will be needed to receive drink tickets. 

Kids are welcome to join in on the fun! Children under the age of 10 require a free ticket to attend. We ask that parents assume responsibilities for monitoring their children at the event.
